7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:

  • Fails to make timely payments.

  • Violates our Terms & Conditions.

  • Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available if work has not started on your project.

  • If services have been partially completed, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the project is already completed and delivered.

  • Ad spends on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
